The founders and the Executive Management Team of Mediland Transtech are qualified professionals with rich and varied experiences in IT, ITES and BPO’s. As part of our diversification and expansion plans, we are keen to venture into other areas of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. We hope to leverage our current position with our valued client base by offering other outsourcing services.

A.N. Sreekanth – Chairman & Managing Director

Sreekanth holds a special Diploma in Electronics. He is a successful entrepreneur beside taking Mediland to a cruising altitude, he has to his credit a few more entities, which have beaten the market norms of meeting the BEP in 6 months. Also he is on board of several other IT companies and has diversified business interest.

Sam - Director - Operations, Sales & Marketing.

Holds a degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
Sam has 28 years of extensive experience in Operations, Sales & Marketing in the International Market. He has held senior positions in International banks and in 1991 he pioneered setting up the first Tele-marketing (Call Center) company in the Middle East, where he also successfully introduced Direct Marketing and Business Outsourcing and has to his credit many prestigious BPO projects executed for International banks. His experience in Six Sigma methodology is reflected in his passion to obtain higher levels of accuracy within required TAT.

Padmaja Mukkara – President, Mediland Transtech Inc., New Jersey, USA.

Padmaja holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. She is one of the founding members of Mediland and has been instrumental in building Mediland; she heads Operations of Mediland Transtech, Inc. USA. She is responsible for US Operations and client transactions and relations. She works jointly with the Director Sales & Marketing and the Chairman.

L.K. Venugopal Rao – Director

L. k. Venugopal Roa holds a Master Degree in Business Management (MBA) and has over 18 years of experience in IT & ITES Industry. He is renowned to bring instrumental changes in the processes and people working with him. He has been associated with some of the leading IT companies like Zenith computers, HCL HP, and sOnward Technologies etc. other than handling IT sales in the Middle East market. L.K. brings in vast and diversified experience which enriches the whole organization.
